**WE DO NOT NEED ANY PLAYERS TO CHECK IN**

Check in times/locations:

Enter through the outside door on the West side of the Fieldhouse (facing the highway/parking lot)

There will be a Team Coach Check In flag posted as well.

July 9th: 7pm-9pm

July 10th: 8:30am-9pm

July 11th:  7:30-9pm

July 12th:  8:30am-5pm

15U & Older Team Coach Check In:

• Coaches only, NO players!
• Driver's License or Passport is required for each coach.
• We will not provide a wristband to a coach that is not present.
• Coaches must be fully certified in order to receive a wristband-USA Gold License completed, Background check approved, a paid for/updated BBCS account, and on the team's BBCS roster.
• If a coach is not on the team's BBCS roster, they will NOT be provided a coaches' wristband. They will have to purchase a spectator's wristband and sit in the bleachers.
• If a coach is sitting on the team's bench without the certified coaches' wristband, they will be removed and asked to sit in the stands. Failure to comply will result in removal of the coach from the facility.
• At least 1 coach MUST verify the team's BBCS roster at check in before the team is allowed to play.
• All players must be on the team's BBCS roster in order to play.
• All justifications have to be approved by the NCAA before the player is allowed to play.
• We will not approve players on site.

14U & Younger Team Coach Check In:

• Coaches only, NO players!

• All 14U & Younger teams MUST submit the coaches' google form before the event. If a coach is not listed on what is submitted, they WILL NOT receive a coaches' wristband. (Form will be emailed out as the event gets closer)
